We don’t want to hurt other people’s feelings or damage a relationship. In the workplace, many managers and leaders report that they lack the know-how or the courage to lean in and talk about what matters most.In this interactive and experiential workshop, we will explore how a meaningful conversation differs from a normal one. You’ll learn some new tools, a different mindset and research insights. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare for having a ‘big conversation’ so that instead of dreading it, you feel more confident and competent to navigate it.
