Paul also specialises in coaching leaders around ‘the Childhood Story’. Based on the work of David Kantor (Structural Dynamics) and Dr Sarah Hill (author of ‘Where Did You Learn To Behave Like That?’), this kind of coaching uses a framework to solicit the childhood story that underpins a leader’s characteristic behaviour. The work then focuses on transforming old unhelpful narratives into new enabling ones. Paul is also part of the UK Regional Leadership Team at the Association for Coaching (AC), and has written and illustrated a book called ‘Pheasant Dreams’.Paul will be focusing on:
  1. Recognising how you show up as a leader and the positive and negative impact of the choices you make.
  2. Understanding how formative childhood experiences can affect leadership behaviour and the power of compassion and empathy.
  3. Understanding how our brains deal with stress and discuss ways we can deal with it better.
Understand the importance of psychological safety, how to create it, and the benefit of using this approach.Where you can find Paul at the Festival:More about Paul Williamson:Find Paul on social media:
